Pay by bank transfer after each invoice. Fixed plans are billed monthly in advance (or yearly, with 2 months free); Pay as you grow is billed after the month.
Each studio's information is kept completely separate from every other studio's, sent and stored encrypted, and only your own team can see it. Our support team can open your account only when you allow it, for a set time, and every visit shows in your history.
In Sydney, Australia. Emails go out through a trusted email service, and a weekly encrypted backup is kept. Our privacy policy has the details.
By bank transfer: each family's renewal page shows your bank details and a payment reference, and families can upload a screenshot of their payment. Card payments are coming later.
